Sonny (now Oliver) was rescued in the Monterey area, referred by Samantha on Next Door, where some mean people were trying to poison homeless cats. Rachel from The Lost Cats, contacted by Samantha on NextDoor, fostered him for a couple months, and had him fixed, vaccinated, and microchipped. Jennifer then took over fostering for another 5 months, and found him a happy permanent indoor home with Kris, her daughter, and his new best buddy, Sooty (the black kitten in the photo).
